Conditions & Policies
Terms of Service
By using Usound ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. The Platform connects companies with content creators for service collaborations. Creator account approval is an administrative review, not verification of social-account ownership or a guarantee of follower quality. Company subscription and paid campaign payments use the payment method shown at checkout; creator payouts are handled manually by the administrator. Companies are responsible for accurate campaign briefs and budget information. Creators are responsible for delivering the agreed service. Accepting an invitation does not confirm payment or authorize the start of paid work.
Creator Responsibility
By registering as a content creator on Usound, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of all services you offer through the Platform.
The creator bears full legal and contractual responsibility if they do not hold Maothoq (موثوق) verification or any equivalent official accreditation, or if they are not otherwise qualified to deliver the contracted services. Usound is not liable for any consequences arising from a creator's lack of required certifications or qualifications.
Subscriptions and Payment Fees
Company subscription prices are shown for each plan before purchase. Paid campaigns add a separate 1.1% payment fee to the agreed service subtotal of accepted creators, rounded to the nearest halala. The fee and final total are shown before payment and do not reduce the agreed service amount payable to the creator. Product-exchange and free-trial collaborations do not have a payment fee.
Bank Transfer Fees
Manual creator payouts are separate from the company's electronic payment. Any applicable bank charges must be identified during payout review; this notice does not authorize an undisclosed deduction from the agreed service price. The campaign payment fee is displayed separately before the company pays.
Privacy Policy — Usound
Last updated: 2026-10-19
This privacy policy covers Usound on the web and in the company/creator mobile app. The sections below describe account, collaboration, payment, upload, notification and public social-statistics data, service providers, security and deletion requests. Privacy contact: info@usoundagency.com.
Data we process and why
Usound uses account details, name, email, phone when supplied, company and creator profiles, city, social links and services to operate accounts, the marketplace and collaborations. Optional profile information includes your image, biography, niches, portfolio and other details you choose to provide about yourself. We process messages, uploaded content and Mawthooq documents, campaigns, orders, reviews and reports. Session, device and activity records support account security, service operation and troubleshooting; they do not represent government certification.
Payments and creator payouts
Card details are entered on the HyperPay gateway page for MADA payment, not in native Usound card-number or CVV fields. The platform receives transaction references, status, amount and billing information needed for reconciliation and invoices. Creator-supplied bank, IBAN and beneficiary details support manual admin payouts and are not part of the company-facing public profile. Payment fees are shown in the review before confirmation; accepting a collaboration does not mean it has been paid.
Service providers and access
We use hosting, a database and S3-compatible file storage, Resend for email, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, HyperPay for payments and ScrapeCreators for public statistics. Providers may process data outside your country; the platform hosting location does not mean that all providers process data in the same region. Published profiles and services are visible according to marketplace permissions, collaboration details are available to relevant participants, and authorized admins access what is needed for review, support, payments and safety. We do not sell personal data and may disclose data when required by applicable law.
Device, notifications and security
Notifications are optional. We use a Firebase registration token linked to your account session to deliver notifications you enable. Firebase may process installation identifiers and technical data needed for delivery. You can disable notifications in app or system settings; account-token links are removed on sign-out or closure according to the path used. This build does not include advertising, Google Analytics or Crashlytics SDKs. Users select uploads through the system picker; we do not request broad access to contacts, precise location or the photo library. The app uses HTTPS and encrypted local session storage; these measures do not guarantee that a security incident is impossible.
Android device identifier cleanup follow-up
After the server confirms account closure, Android records a local task to delete this app’s notification token and Firebase installation identifier on this device. The task stores neither your email nor the identifiers themselves and retries when connected or when the app reopens. The app does not request a new Push token before pending cleanup is processed. Provider failure does not reopen your account or confirm completed external erasure. This step does not cover other devices or files you explicitly downloaded outside the app; provider and retention procedures review those separately.
Request deletion of your Usound account and associated data
In the app, open Account, then Delete account, and confirm your password and closure. Sign-in closes immediately, app sessions are revoked and services are hidden; an erasure request is recorded for the team. This is not confirmation of completed erasure. Without the app or a signed-in session, start a request using the privacy email below with the subject “Usound account deletion request”, preferably from your account email. We need to verify account ownership, not your password, verification code or card details. The team reviews account data, files, messages and linked records and confirms the outcome, retention reasons and review dates. Necessary financial identity is separated into an encrypted, access-restricted archive; closing an account does not delete invoices or payments. Contact details needed for provider erasure follow-up are held temporarily and purged when that follow-up is completed. Legacy/shared files, backups and CDN caches require separate review; deleting an original does not promise immediate removal of every copy. Specific records may need retention for payments, ongoing obligations, disputes or legal requirements. Uninstalling alone does not delete the account or cancel payments or obligations. Use the same contact for access or correction requests.

Plan purchase and campaign allowance
Plans are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. Campaign allowance is valid for one calendar year from subscription activation; unused allowance expires without rollover or combination with a new plan. Renewal is a separate purchase and does not extend the previous allowance. There is no automatic renewal. Allowance expiry does not cancel paid campaigns or outstanding creator obligations. Creator service charges are separate and subject to the service dispute and refund policy.
Platform administrators review disputes and refund requests against the agreed service, delivery history and payment status. Contact support with the order reference; do not send card details or verification codes. Submitting a request, or receiving an administrative decision, is not confirmation that a refund has been processed by the payment provider. No automatic refund or separate regulated escrow account is promised by this policy.
